Accepting these terms

By accessing or using Hidden Agendas, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using the game for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

Who may use the game

Hidden Agendas is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. You must also meet any higher minimum age or consent requirement that applies where you live. A parent or guardian is responsible for a minor's authorised use.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use an abusive, discriminatory, threatening or deceptive name.
• Harass players or pressure anyone to reveal private screens.
• Interfere with rooms, security controls or normal operation.
• Attempt to access another player's token, private vote, agenda or suspicion before it is revealed by the game.
• Use automated tools to overload, scrape or misuse the service.
• Use Hidden Agendas for unlawful activity.

Hosts are responsible for choosing appropriate categories and making sure the group is comfortable participating. Players may leave a game at any time.

Your contributions

You retain any rights you have in information you submit, such as a display name or support message. You give us permission to process that information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the service or respond to you. Do not submit material that you do not have the right to use.

Our content and service

Hidden Agendas and its software, visual identity, artwork, questions and other original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale or creation of a competing service from our content.

Availability and changes

The game is under active development. Features, question packs and availability may change, and occasional interruptions or errors may occur. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or prevention of misuse.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Hidden Agendas is provided for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without promises that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for player conduct or conversations outside the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Where liability can be limited, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the free service.

Ending access

You may stop using Hidden Agendas at any time. We may restrict or end access where these terms are breached, where the service is abused, or where reasonably required to protect players or the service.

Applicable rights and disputes

Laws that apply where you live may give you rights that these terms cannot change. If a concern arises, contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the courts and laws that have jurisdiction under applicable rules.
